Delivery Information:

Delivery charges are priced according to weight of your total order and the postcode to where the goods are to be delivered.

Delivery can only be to the cardholders address. HSBC will not process an order with a different billing and delivery address in order to protect the cardholder.

If you would like your goods delivered to an alternative address please contact our sales team directly.

Please contact us directly if you require your item at short notice as all times quoted are estimated, depending on whether the item is available for dispatch immediately from our warehouse.

Actual orders will need to be received and processed by 12pm for next day delivery for all stocked items.

We believe in a fair delivery charge, all our charges are costs that we have carefully negotiated with various couriers in order to keep our charges as low as possible.

Unlike other online plumbing merchants, we do not disguise the actual delivery costs of items into the prices of goods by offering free delivery.

 

It is strongly recommended that you do not arrange for a plumber until your goods have been received and checked for transit damage.

DELIVERY IS FOR WORKING DAYS ONLY (excluding bank holidays).

 

Saturday delivery or a more specific delivery time may be available but will be subject to a surcharge.

Delivery to addresses within the Scottish Highlands region may also be subject to a surcharge.

 

Unfortunately Plumbclick do not deliver outside mainland UK.

 

Please note all delivery prices are for use as a guideline only and are subject to change due to fuel surcharges.

Our third party couriers will deliver the goods to you as soon as reasonably practicable but in no circumstances will we be liable for any delay in delivery or consequent loss.

*Your order may be subject to a delivery surcharge if it exceeds 1.5 metres in length. (Plastic plumbing systems can be cut down to size if the length exceeds courier restraints)
