Description
GAH Dualstream System 240L Accumulator/150L Indirect Unvented Cylinder
The UK has, for many years, relied on
storage tanks and copper cylinders to provide our day to day hot and cold water
supplies. The introduction of unvented cylinders has now removed the need for an
additional loft tank, whilst providing the benefit of potable water and power
shower performance throughout your property.
The most important consideration when
choosing the right system for you is water flow rates and pressure to establish
the strength of your main supply and whether or not it will support such
systems.
The most commonly used type of mains
pressure hot water cylinder is an indirect heated cylinder. They are designed to
run in conjunction with a primary heat source such as a gas or oil fired central
heating boiler.
Features:-
- No
additional cylinder in the loft – no risk of water stagnation and frost
damage.
-
Greater plumbing designs, uses less pipework saving you time and money.
-
Wholesome water supply to all cold taps and balanced hot and cold water
supplies.
- Works
are very low flow rates (9 l/m min) 1 Bar.
-
Correctly sixed the system will fill any number of baths simultaneously and
ideal for multi-bathroom dwellings.
- No
need for an additional shower pump.
- All
unvented cylinders are insulated with high density CFC free insulation.
-
Simple to install with outstanding performance.
The Accumulator is the driving force
behind the system and because it feeds both hot and cold supplies it must be
sized correctly. More than one Accumulator can be linked together for greater
volume and demand. The Accumulators have been designed to increase flow rates
to mains fed systems and to help maintain pressures and overcome pressure
fluctuations on the main supply.

Available
in direct or indirect models from 125 – 500litre capacity.
25 year
warranty on all stainless steel cylinders. 2 year warranty on all electrical
components. 5 year warranty on accumulators.
