Because a Mixer Shower does not have any electrical parts the designs are more varied thereby providing a higher degree of choice. It is possible to turn your mixer shower into a power shower with the addition of a shower pump. Bristan Sonique Thermostatic Surface Mounted/Recessed Mini Shower Valve with Adjustable Riser is a single lever control shower, meaning flow and temperature are controlled by an easily operated single handle. Thermostatic cartridge maintains showering temperature to +/- 1ºC by compensating for changes in the incoming water temperature and pressure providing a stable outlet temperature. Automatic shut-off in the event of hot or cold supply failure, making this a much safer shower. Factory set to a maximum of 43ºC to eliminate the ability to select an unsafe temperature – easily adjusted to suit user preference. Comes complete with 1.5m shower hose, wall outlet, riser rail, hose retainer, soap tray and single function handset with rub clean nozzles.
