Do not sign for goods unless you are completely satisfied that they have been delivered without incurring any transit damage. (By signing the delivery form you are confirming that the item/s that has been delivered by the courier is in a GOOD CONDITION).
If you find any damages with your purchase you may return the goods back to our stores for a full refund or replacement at our discretion; so long as you notify us of this damage within 48 hours upon receipt of goods. Failure to notify us within 48 hours will indemnify us of any costs incurred.

You have the right to change your mind. If for any reason you no longer require a product that you have purchased from our stores; you can return the product in its original undamaged packaging which can be sold again “as new”.
You have the right to return the product within 7 Working days starting from the day after the receipt of goods for a full refund (less the actual delivery and collection charges incurred). All refunds will be issued back to you within 30 days of receiving goods back to our stores.
It is your responsibility to make sure the returned goods (including packaging) reach us in a good condition and we recommend taking out transit Insurance to cover goods in transit.

Please note that a re-handling and administration charge is applicable when returning all Non-Faulty items.
PLEASE DO NOT DEFACE THE PACKAGING. AVOID WRITING OUR ADDRESS ALL OVER THE PRODUCT PACKAGING AS THE PRODUCT WILL NOT BE OF A NEW RESALABLE CONDITION AND A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
