
Receiving Your Order
Please do not sign for goods delivered by a courier unless you are completely satisfied that they have been delivered without incurring any transit damage.
It is strongly recommended that you do not book a plumber until goods have been received and inspected for transit damage.
If you find any damages with your purchase you may return the goods back to our stores. If after inspection the item is found to be damaged, a full product refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion; so long as you notify us of this damage within a reasonable time upon receipt of goods. Failure to notify us within a reasonable time could mean you incur any costs.
Unfortunately our couriers are unable to collect any damaged items.

If for any reason you no longer require a product that you have purchased from our stores; you can return the product in its original undamaged packaging which can be sold again “as new”. For this reason we politely ask you to avoid defacing the packaging when returning a product back to our stores.
Please be aware that all images for products are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may differ in appearance.
You have the right to notify us within 7 Working days starting from the day after the receipt of goods for a full refund.
All refunds will be issued back to you within 30 days of receiving goods back to our stores.
It is your responsibility to ensure that
returned goods reach us in good condition and we recommend taking out transit
insurance to cover goods in transit. They should be well packed and sent to:

Plumbclick reserve the right to refuse any refund if the returned goods do not meet the above conditions.
In the unlikely event that a problem develops with
your product after installation it is advisable to contact the manufacturer directly,
to arrange repair or replacement of goods with their technicians. In many cases
the manufacturers provide an after sales team of engineers who will come out and
fix any problems that you may have with their products. If such a service exists
we will provide you with the telephone number of the manufacturer's after sales
team and to speed up the process you can make the necessary arrangements
directly with them. In the event that you are not satisfied with the service
they provide then please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any
problems for you.
All products are covered by the manufacturers specific warranty valid from the
time of purchase. Please note that the guarantee will not be valid if the
product has not been installed correctly according to the manufacturers
installation instructions or by a registered installer (where applicable). The
warranty may also become invalidated if the product is installed outside of
mainland UK. Please contact us as soon as possible should you want us to contact
the manufacturer on your behalf.
Should you need to return a faulty/damaged item; a refund of return postage (up to the original invoice carriage charge) may be issued at our discretion. This will need to be arranged with a member of our sales team prior to return.
Please note that Manufacturers warranties offered with orders may not be valid for purchases and installations made outside mainland UK. Please check with the manufacturer before purchase.
Plumbclick will not be made liable for return delivery charges relating to orders made outside mainland UK.
